Area Manager position in Edinburgh and surrounding areas


Phoenix Security are now recruiting a full time Area Manager to support our expanding management team from our new Edinburgh office.

The following is essential; you must hold a Front Line Door Supervisor SIA Licence, a full UK driving licence, have the ability to manage people, work to strict deadlines, operate well under pressure and have the ability to manage multiple sites across a large geographic area.
Duties include: Overseeing new and existing clients, interviewing and recruiting staff, structuring weekly rotas, visiting and auditing venues and staff, meeting and liaising with customers and attending meetings.
Experience within the Door Supervision Sector and previous experience as a Manager/Supervisor is desirable.

Physical intervention Techniques and scenarios training
